Our first step is to sit down and learn about you. We'll examine your idea, existing business process, or whatever it is that you need. We'll challenge your ideas, provide our input, and help hone your goals into something concise and measurable.
User Stories is the core of our process, and the key to your project staying on track and on budget. We will ask you to identify the tasks that a user can do with your application. These tasks are called stories. Stories are often features or requirements of your application. We will use this stories to estimate and track the project: what's done, what's coming up and what's being worked on right now.
We then translate those stories into a series of layouts and designs without functionality. We will then ask you to check and verify if that is the look that you want. If there are changes, we will update and revise the design and layout.
We will then give functionality to those designs and layouts. We will test the functionality on our part. We will then ask you to test and verify if functionality behaves the way you want it. If there are changes, we will update and fix functionality. We will then go back to step # 1 and repeat the cycle to finish the other parts
